摘要
随着网络时代的到来,网络银行作为一种新兴的银行服务,其创建和发展是大势所趋。自1996年网络银行在我国创建以来,网络银行发展迅猛。如何识别和防范网络银行的风险,是保证国家金融运行,保障金融业持续发展和国家经济安全的一大新课题。认为网络银行存在着诸如技术安全风险,金融业务风险等风险。在此基础上,提出了防范风险的对策。
As a new bank service,the establish ment and development of E-bank is becoming a overwhelming trend along with the coming of net era.The E-bank has being develope rapidly since it was established in 1996 How to identify and prevent the risks is of great significance to safeguard healthy development of our financial sys- tem and safety of national economy the article puts forward the risks and the countermeasures to the risks of techni- cal safety and financial operation,etc.
