摘要
从"投入"和"产出"角度,提出了高校的财务评价指标体系,并给出了系统开发中的通信原理图和对象模型图,为分析和掌握高校财务资源配置,评价高校办学的投入产出比,检测高校财务风险,提供了有效的途径。
Index system of CU financial evaluation is set forth; meanwhile, lots of indexes of input and output are elucidated. Moreover, theory figure of communication and model figure of objects are put forward, based on the financial evaluation system of colleges and universities in China. It is significant and useful to analyze and deploy CU's financial resources ,evaluate the ratio of input and output, as well as detect financial risk.
