随着高校技术物资采购管理体制和运行机制的改革与深化,政府采购制度已逐渐成为高校技术物资采购的主导方式。本文详细介绍了我校在新体制下仪器设备的采购流程及注意事项,探索物资设备部门新形势下的角色与职责。
