摘要
公安机关正确认识把握标杆管理的内涵,结合公安行政管理工作的特殊性,形成一套学习、追赶目标,不断改进绩效,赶超先进组织的一系列规范化程序,标杆管理就能大幅度提升公安行政管理工作的绩效。
This paper gives an exploration of applying the benchmarking theory to police administration. Through a brief introduction of the benchmarking theory, including its birth background, meaning, types and process, it suggests that benchmarking could improve the performance of police administration on the condition that a series of standard procedures have been established.
