摘要
本文采用单光子发射计算机断层的平衡法测定３１例原发性高血压左室功能，发现高血压Ⅲ期左室射血分数增高，收缩期功能增强，部分患者高峰充盈时间延长，舒张期的顺应性降低。高血压Ⅱ期高峰充盈时间延长，高峰充盈率降低，主要是舒张期功能降低。高血压Ⅲ期同时存在舒张期功能及收缩期功能损害。
Left ventricular function was determined by SPECT gated equilibrium scintigraphy in 31 patients with essential hypertension.The result showed:LVEF and systolic function increased, TPF lengthened and diastolic elasticity reduced in stage Ⅰ essential hypertension; TPF lengthened and PFR reduced in stage Ⅱ; both diastolic and systolic function deteriorated in stage Ⅲ.
