摘要
分析了真空排污系统的污水流动主要形式及相关参数。采用两相流理论中的回流条件给出了不同管径下使污水提升的最小气流速度约为25~50m/s。采用均相流模型计算两相流中的沿程压力损失以预测真空排污系统的输送能力。分析表明,采用20cm的管网系统,其水平输送距离可达2~3km。
The main sewage flow pattern and relative parameters in vacuum sewerage system were analyzed. Based on the return flow conditions of two-phase flow theory, the minimum air flow rate for sewage lifting at different pipe diameter was calculated to be 25-50 m/s. The homogeneous phase flow model was used to calculate the pressure loss throughout the system, in order to forecast the transfer capacity of the system. The analysis shows that if pipe system with nominal diameter of 20 cm is used, the transfer capacity may come up to a distance of 2-3 km.
