摘要
发电厂通过竞价获得上网电量以后,需要在厂内各机组间合理安排生产计划,以便达到最佳的经济效益,这就是电厂的经济调度问题。经济调度主要有两个方面:一是经济负荷分配问题,即运行机组间的负荷分配问题;另一个是机组组合问题,又称开停机计划。这两个问题的优化目标都是使发电费用(一般考虑系统消耗的燃料)最小。
With the development of electric power market, an independent power producer is facing the economic dispatch problem, such as unit commitment and load distribution formerly undertaken by grid manager. It builds a novel approach to find the dynamic programming and equal incremental cost criteria.
