摘要
文章从复合图书馆文献载体形式的多样性、易复制性、易传播性,以及文献的借阅流通和二次开发利用、馆际资源共建共享等方面阐述了复合图书馆所面临的诸多著作权问题,并指出了在现有的法律规范内图书馆工作者在工作中应注意的问题。
Making systematic exposition of the copyright issues which the hybrid libraries are facing with, such as the diversification, duplication, dissemination, and the circulating, developing, using, building and sharing of the document resources in the libraries and so on. And opinting out the problems which all the workers in the library should pay attention to within the now available laws and regulations.
