摘要
１９８６年至１９９２年施行先心病心内矫治术１０９０例，死亡４７例，死亡率４．３％。低心排综合征，呼吸窘迫综合征和心律失常是术后死亡的主要原因。本文对与术后死亡有关的各种危险因素进行了分析和探讨。
From 1986 to 1992,1090 patients with congenital heart disease have been operated in our hospital. Total hospital mortality was 4.3%.Low cardiac output syndrome,respiratory distress syndrome,cardiac arrhythmia were the common causes of operative death.The risk factors related to operative death were analysed and studied.
