摘要
本文报道了４例因强烈的精神刺激而诱发的快速性室性心律失常，２例室颤、２例室速，均经心电图证实。４例均有严重器质性心脏病基础，发作前均有强烈的精神刺激因素，其中１例死亡。因此对这类病人，除治疗心律失常外，还应注意避免紧张、情绪激动等行为因素的刺激。
This article report 4 ventricular tachycardias induced by strong mental irritation (2 ventricular fibrillation, 2ventricular tachycardias confirmed by electrocardiogram), 4 pationts all had heavily organic heart disease and strong mental irritation before attack ,one in 4 pations died.The results suggest these patients not only treat arrhythmias but also avoid irritation of nervousness and emotional excitation.
