摘要
通过对法国、德国、日本高速铁路建设情况的考察,了解国外高速铁路建设的投融资经验、规律与趋势,分析高速铁路建设适用的金融产品,针对融资中的主要问题,借鉴国外企业的主要咨询意见,提出我国高速铁路投融资方案建议。
With a survey to the construction situation of high-speed railway inFrance, Germany and Japan, the paper illustrates the investment & financingexperience, principle and tendency of high-speed railway construction in foreigncountries, analyzes the financial product suitable for high-speed railwayconstruction. Regarding the main problems in financing, by referring to theconsultation and advice of foreign enterprises, this paper puts forward theinvestment and financing plan for China high-speed railway construction.
