摘要
针对纺织企业生产和试验数据管理手段比较落后的情况,开发了一种用于纺织厂织部实验室数据处理的计算机管理软件,该软件具有存储和加工数据、自动生成报表、快速查询和检索、打印、质量分析等多项功能,对于织部实验室日常数据处理具有很强的实用性,可以提高管理工作的效率和准确率,促进生产管理的现代化。
The scale of computers used in textile mills for production management is very limited. The methods for data analy- sis are backward. By investigating and discussing the reality of textile mills in Hebei province, we have developed a computer management system for weaving department laboratory of textile mills. This system can deal with data of experiments and ap- ply methods of quality analysis. This system is very practical to manage daily experiment data and is very helpful to improve the efficiency and accuracy,and modernize the management in textile mills.
