摘要
本文通过分析电子商务给企业传统信息系统带来的冲击,提出建设电子商务环境下的新型企业信息系统就应按照企业资源计划的理论去建立企业的ERP系统,并实现其向Internet上的扩展。文章论述了电子商务环境下新型信息系统的建设过程,并提出了在建设中应注意的问题。
EB has brought tremendous impact to traditional enterprise information system, so it is necessary that enterprise construct its new information system. It should according to the theory of Enterprise Resource Plan and realize its extending to Internet that the enterprise construct its ERP system, The thesis recount whole process of constructing of enterprise information system in EB, and bring forward the problems which should be noticed in the constructing process.
