黄果及红果人参、西洋参基因组的RAPD分子标记研究 被引量:12

摘要 利用RAPD技术对人参属(Ginseng)黄果人参、红果人参、黄果西洋参及红果西洋参基因组进行了分析。共采用15个随机引物,其中14个引物的扩增带型在不同品种间出现差异,共扩增出131条带,多态性达59 5%。聚类分析结果表明:人参与西洋参各自聚为一类,彼此遗传距离较远,黄果西洋参与红果西洋参、黄果人参与红果人参遗传距离均较近,但也存在着一定程度的核苷酸序列差异。RAPD及聚类分析结果与形态学和细胞学等分析结果基本一致,证实了RAPD分析方法是人参属系统分类、品种鉴定的有效方法。 Random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) was used to analyse yellow fruit and red fruit Panax ginseng and P.quinquefolius L. of the total 15 random primers, 14 produced polymorphic among the 4 varities. There were 131 electrophoresis bands in all and the polymorphism of it came up to (59.5%.) The results of RAPD were also cluster analysed by SPSS 9.0 statistic software which indicating that the relationship between Panax ginseng and P.quinquefolius was distant and that between yellow fruit and red fruit Panax ginseng and between yellow fruit and red fruit P.quinquefolius L. were close. The results were consistant with that of morphism and cytology, which confirmed that the RAPD analysis could be used to systemtic classification and varity identification.
