摘要
在实验室条件下研究了不同浓度莠去津、百草枯、农达、2 4 D丁酯和灭草松对核盘菌菌丝生长、菌核萌发和菌核生长的影响。结果表明:5种化学除草剂均不抑制或促进核盘菌菌核的萌发;核盘菌在含有生产上推荐使用浓度的莠去津、农达和2 4 D丁酯的基本培养基上菌丝生长速度与对照相比差异不显著,而在含有推荐使用浓度的百草枯和灭草松的基本培养基上菌丝生长速度与对照相比受到极显著的抑制;推荐浓度的农达、莠去津和百草枯不影响菌核成熟,推荐浓度的2 4 D丁酯完全抑制菌核生长,而推荐浓度的灭草松部分抑制菌核生成。认为在杂草综合治理中,若使用核盘菌作为生物除草剂,可以配合使用农达和莠去津。
The effects of five chemical herbicides, atrazine, paraquat, Roundup, 2.4-D butylate and bentazone, on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum hypha growth, sclerotium germination and sclerotium production were studied. The results showed that all of them did not inhibit or stimulate sclerotium germination. However, there were significant differences between the growth speeds on the minimum medium containing paraquat and bentazone at the field rate and that on the control plates, while atrazine, Roundup and 2.4-D butylate did not inhibit the mycelium growth. To some content, sclerotium maturity was also influenced by these compounds.
