摘要
采用紫外分光光度计法对盐酸环丙沙星片进行了溶出度考察，该法简便，快速可靠。同时，对国内外不同生产厂家不同批号的产品进行了溶出度对比实验，经统计学处理结果表明各产品间存在明显差异。
Ciprofloxacin hvdrochloride tablet from diferent manufacturers and different batches of same factory were compared in this study, and UV spec trophotometry was used to determine the content of ciprofloxacin。 ResuIts showed that difference of statistcal significance in disslution rate existed between plants and batches.
