摘要
用盐酸卡替洛尔对８３只眼（４３例）原发性开角型青光眼及高眼压患者进行双盲试验，比较了滴用盐酸卡替洛尔和噻吗心安疗效。研究结果显示，上述２种药物的效果和副作用相似，均有明显降压效果。其作用迅速、稳定和持久，无明显毒副作用。
eyes (43 cases) with primary angle-open glaucoma and ocular hy-pertension were treated with cartedel hydrochloride eye drops in a double-blind study using 0.5% timolol/as control. The results showed that the two drugs have similar efficacy and side effects. Cartedel hydrochloride is a drug with quick,steady and lasting action in lowering intraocular pressure, with no apreciable ADRs.
