摘要
为了实现对工业现场便捷的无线监控, 提高监控系统组建的灵活性, 保证其开放性, 提出了以工业以太网和无线局域网为基础的车间自动化网络架构, 阐述了借助串口联网服务器和无线接入点来实现基于掌上电脑无线监控的技术方案。文中对系统的硬件组成、软件功能和实现的关键技术进行了详细描述。实践证明, 该方案可以满足工业监控中的实时性、可靠性的要求, 达到随时、随地、随意监控工业现场的目的。
In order to wirelessly monitor and control the industrial field with convenience, improve the flexibility of buliding the monitoring system and ensure its openness, a factory automation network architecture which integrates both industrial ethernet and WLAN is presented.Then a wireless supervisory control technology solution based on Pocket PC is proposed, which applies serial communication servers and wireless access points. In additon, the hardware structure and the software functions of the system are introduced. And the key technologies in realization are described in details. Practice shows this technology can meet the requirements of real-time and reliability in the industrial control field and achieve the purpose to control the industrial field everywhere, at any time , at will.
