摘要 为了回收细粒级矿石中的铁,针对泥矿沉降难,准38m浓密池能力不足,精矿品位低的现状,提出了工艺改进方案:扩大选别工序能力,由两个系列扩为3个系列;加大矿浆输出量等,每年可多回收铁精矿2800t,增加经济效益95.5万元。 In order to further recover iron from fine particle iron ore, the improvement efforts are put forward, that is, changing two series of production to three series to increase concentration capacity,generating more pulp in view of the difficulty of mud settling,the shortage ofφ38m thickening pond and low grade concentrate.After the implementing of such improvement,the iron concentrate annually increased 2800t, and 955 thousand Yuan RMB benefit.
