摘要
从科学发展观的几个主要视角分析了当前高等教育发展过程的新问题。同时对邯郸学院如何实现从专科向本科的转变提出了5个方面的建议。
The article analyzes the new problems in the course of the development of higher education of the time from several major angles of scientific development outlook, and put forward 5 suggestions on Handan College’s transformation from a training school to a regular college.
