摘要
基于数字图像处理为基础的水泥水化模型—CEMHYD3D代表了当今世界水泥水化的计算机模拟的最先进的技术之一。本文以CEMHYD3D为背景,从二维图像的相关水泥参数的获取和水泥微结构的三维重建阐述水泥水化的计算机的模拟技术。
Computer simulation of digital-image-based of portland cement hydration and microstructure development—CEMHYD3D is a advanced representation of technique of computer simulation of cement hydration and microstructure development. A three-dimensional computer model for the simulation of portland cement hydration and microstructure development has been developed. Starting with a measured particle-size distribution and a set of scanning electron microscopy images, a three-dimensional representation of a cement of interest is reconstructed, matching the phase volume fractions and surface-area fractions of the two-dimensional images.
