摘要
目的:研究单味藏药翁布对小鼠急性炎症作用与组织内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)关系。方法:以小白鼠为实验动物,采用二甲苯作为致炎因子,复制急性炎症模型,用藏药翁布水提取物高剂量(7 50 g·kg-1)、低剂量(3 75 g·kg-1)灌胃7 d,测定炎症反应与组织内SOD。结果:藏药翁布水提物高、低剂量显著抑制二甲苯所致耳郭肿胀,并且组织SOD含量高于对照组,低于模型组。结论:藏药翁布水提物对小鼠急性炎症模型有显著抑制作用,并可有效抑制急性炎症引起的小鼠组织内自由基的升高。
Objective:study the effects of the Tradition Tibetan Herb Myricaria germanica (L.) Desv.on the acute inflammation and the SOD in the issue.Methods:used the mice as the experimenting animals and the xylene as the inflammation to create the acute inflammation model.Perfusion stomach 7 days by using the water-dissolved Traditional Tibetan Herb Myricaria germanica (L.) Desv.Dosage-high(7.5 g·kg^(-1))and low(3.75 g·kg^(-1),and then measuring the inflammation and the SOD.Results:the high and low dosage of the water-dissolved component of Tradition Tibetan Herb Myricaria germanica (L.) Desv.can restrain notably the tumefaction in auricle which caused by xylene,and the content of the SOD is higher than that in the comparing group and lower than the model group.Conclusion:Traditional Tibetan Herb Myricaria germanica (L.) Desv.can restrain notably the acute inflammation as well as the increasing of the free radical in mice' issue caused by the acute inflammation.
