摘要
过去10年间,无论在发达国家,还是在发展中国家,银行信贷与房地产价格波动的关联日趋紧密。我国近年来,房地产业持续升温,直至引发目前新一轮房地产业是否过热的争论。与此同时,我国银行贷款的增长幅度也呈现出扩张的势头。本文实证检验了房地产价格波动与银行信贷之间的关系,并分析了其中的政策含义。
