摘要
首先介绍了高层建筑消防机器人控制系统的整体结构和硬件组成,然后给出了控制系统中各种通信方式的具体实现。考虑到任务和工作环境的特殊性,本系统以工业计算机为控制平台,组态软件和VB6.0相互配合以实现对机器人的无线控制。实验表明这一控制方案可靠性高,完全能够满足火灾现场的需要。
The paper presents the configuration of a control system of the fire-fighting robot for high buildings. Then, it puts forward specific communication method in the control system. Considering the hardness of the mission and the working environment, the authors use an industrial computer to developing the hardware, and configuration software matches with VB6.0 to realizing the software of the control system. Running results from the experiments show that the control system has a high reliability and can satisfy the demands of fire-fighting robot completely.
