摘要
首先研究了镉对小麦萌发、幼苗生长的影响,进而研究了稀土元素镧对镉造成的小麦损伤的防护效应。结果表明:镉污染下小麦的萌发和生长受到严重的抑制,主要表现为小麦的发芽势、发芽率、株高、主根长、叶绿素含量、根系活力均有所下降。丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物岐化酶活性有显著的升高。但加入一定剂量(10mg/kg)的稀土镧后,对镉污染下的小麦萌发及幼苗的生长与代谢有一定的缓解效应,可减轻镉对小麦的伤害程度。主要表现在:小麦的发芽势、发芽率、株高、主根长、叶绿素含量、根系活力有明显上升。而丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物岐化酶活性有显著下降。这与镧能提高小麦幼苗叶绿素含量、根系活力;降低MDA、脯氨酸含量;维持POD、SOD活性等多重作用有关。
In this study, wheat was used as experiment-material and effects of lanthanum on the growth and germination of wheat seedling under cadmium stress was studied. The results showed that wheat seedling was chronically harmed, however, its height of the plant, main root, germination viability, germination percentage, chlorophyll content and root activity were reduced. The content of malony dialdehyde(MDA) and proline, the activity of peroxidase (POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were increased. When 10 mg/kg of lanthanum was used to add, the germination, growth and metabolism of seedling was obviously reconditioned and the damage of cadmium pollution was reduced. It was proved: that lanthanum can improve the content of chlorophyll, root activity and reduce the content of MDA and proline and keep the activities of POD and SOD of seedling.
