摘要
本文通过对历年来WTO农产品贸易争端解决案例的整理、归纳与总结,深入分析了争端解决实践的特点与规律,在此基础上结合目前我国农产品贸易状况,提出对我国农产品贸易具有现实意义的一些启示。
Based on collecting, classifying and summarizing all agricultural dispute cases from starting of WTO, the paper analyzes the characteristic and regularity of it. Furthermore, the paper approaches some meaningful revelations with the present situation of our agricultural trade.
