摘要
香港与内地、澳门与内地更紧密经贸关系安排(CEPA)分别于2003年6月29日、10月17日签署。从CEPA的产生原因、在WTO体制下建立的法律依据、内容进行了较细致的分析,并对在CEPA下建立争端解决机制以解决两岸四地经贸争端提出构想。
Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA) between Hong Kong and the China's Mainland, and Macao and China's Mainland, was signed in June 29th and October 17th in 2003 separately. Analyzing the factors of producing CEPA and the basic of law and contents under the WTO system, we should set up the competitive system under CEPA. This paper puts forward the idea of solving the economic and trade contention between the four places.
