摘要
古树名木价值评估是一个多因子高度综合的评价体系。评价指标体系共分为5个方面:树木的自身经济价值、树木的生态价值、树木的科研价值、树木的景观价值和树木的社会公益价值。通过研究,选取了简单而可操作性强的、指标代表性广的9个因子表达:古树名木评估价M=AB(1+a+b+c+d+e+f)+T+R。并探讨了评估因子选择及其数量、权重值和级距等相关问题。
As a highly synthetic appraisal system involving many factors, the value assessment system of antique and noted trees can be divided into five aspects: economic value, ecological value, research value, landscape value and social welfare value. A study of the value assessment system proves that the following evaluation formula is the best expression for the value of antique and noted trees: M=AB (1+a+b+c+d+e+f)+T+R. The paper also discusses some other related problems, namely, factor quantity and choice, factor weight, distance of index.
