摘要
沥青路面的早期病害和损坏是当前中国公路建设中的一个突出问题。虽然造成路面早期损坏的原因是多种多样的,但就面层施工质量而言,沥青面层混凝土的不均匀性是最为重要的原因。因此,采用以沥青混合料转运车为核心的连续不间断摊铺,来解决在运输和摊铺过程中的材料和温度离析问题的新工艺,正在引起中国公路界愈来愈多的关注,已经有一些省的高速公路工程招标文件中明确提出了采用转运车的要求。
The premature infects and failure is an outstanding issue in China's road construction. Although there are many reasons, but the unevenness of concrete on asphalt layer is the major reason. Hence, using asphalt transmixers in continuous paving to solve the problems of material and temperature in transport and paving process is drawing more and more attention in the road industry. Several provinces have already required the use of transmixers in the tendering documents of expressways.
