摘要
本文主要论述了在人口老龄化进程加快的情况下,我国退休年龄的规定、退休现状、推迟法定退休年龄的必要性、可行性,以及推迟退休年龄的方案。
With the rapid aging of the population in China,this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of delaying retirement age,based on describing the regulation and the present situation of the retirement age.Finally,it provides some policy scenarios for delaying retirement age.
