摘要
水泥混凝土路面施工期间的断板率是衡量水泥混凝土路面施工质量的重要指标。本文针对高寒地区的环境气候特点,从混凝土配合比设计、使用材料选择、施工过程中应注意的问题以及对路基的处理等方面提出了要求,以降低高寒地区混凝土路面施工过程中的断板率,保证施工质量。同时,对断板出现后的处理措施提出了建议。
The broken slab ratio of cement concrete roads in construction is an important index to evaluate construction quality of cement concrete roads.According to features of environment and climate of high-cold areas,authors provide requirements from such aspects as concrete match ratio design,selection of construction materials,matters need attention in construction,and treatment of embankment and so on in order to reduce the broken slab ratio in construction of concrete roads in high-cold areas and to ensure construction quality.They also give some advice of treatment measures for broken slabs.
