摘要
济南铁路局作为铁道部第一个转换机制的试点单位,在铁路运输企业走向市场、建立具有铁路特色的企业经营机制方面进行了探索。文中综述了在机制、货运计划、多种经营、激励与约束机制、企业综合管理等方面的改革思路、措施及效益。
Being the first trial department of MOR in transmation of management system Jinan Railway Administration, in the course of market-oriented railway transportation enterprise, has conducted an exploration on enterprise operation and management system featured the railways style.
In the paper the author explains the reform thinking, measures and benefits in various areas such as management system, goods transport plan, diversified economy, encouragement and restraint system and enterprise comprehensive management.
