摘要
本文依据岩层质量指数, 建立了直接顶和老顶的分类准则; 分析了影响顶煤稳定性的主要因素, 采用模糊数学和数理统计方法对顶煤进行了分类; 针对现场实际需要, 应用VB6 0语言开发了综放面顶板(顶煤) 分类系统; 该分类系统可直接用于厚煤层采煤方法的选择和综放面顶板控制设计。本分类系统在山东部分综放面得到验证。实践证明, 本顶板和顶煤分类系统是有效的。
According to stratum quality index,this paper established classification norms of immediate roof and main roof.On the basis of analyzing main stability factors of top-coal,classified top-coal with fuzzy mathematics and mathematical statistics.In view of spot practical needs,developed classification system of roof and top-coal in fully mechanized top-coal caving face with VB60.This classification system may choose coal-mining system and support type in fully mechanized top-coal caving face.And it has tested and verified in parts of Shandong mine.Practice proved that this classification system was effective.
