摘要
从依法治国保障人权的高度论证了保障律师调查取证权的重要性,在论述律师调查取证困难现状的同时分析了律师调查取证困难的原因,提出了修改相关法律、法规以保障律师调查取证权的具体方案。
The importance is demonstrated to ensure the lawyer's rights for investigation and acquiring evidence from the height of administering a country according to law and safeguarding the human rights. And the difficult status quo and the reason are discussed of the difficulty for the lawyer to investigate and acquire evidence, putting forward some concrete programs for revising relative law and regulation that ensure the lawyer's rights for investigation and acquiring evidence.
