摘要
简要介绍利用拉伐尔喷管、国产的旋转阀、高效除尘器及先进的控制系统等组成的超细钛白粉密相气力输送系统的设计原则及控制方案,运行测试表明,该系统满足了连续、稳定输送的生产工艺要求。
Design fundamental and control project of the pneumatic transfer system of superfine titanium dioxide comprised of laval nozzle,rotary valve(made in China),high efficiency dust collector and advanced control system is briefly introduced.The run-test shows it meets the process requirements for continuous and stable transfer.
