摘要
通过对现有覆盖件模具三维CAD设计系统进行分析,提出了一种新的复杂型面处理方法,解决了长期困绕汽车覆盖件模具三维设计的一些关键技术问题。本文介绍了在以UG为平台的覆盖件模具三维CAD系统上型面处理模块的设计流程,阐述了该模块的算法思想和实现方法,并给出了应用实例。
Based on the analysis of the existing CAD System for panel die design, a new method for sophisticated surface treatment,solving some key technology problems in the system has been proposed.The design process and implement of the modules in the CAD system based on Unigraphics platform have been introduced.The algorithms and its generation of the modules of the system have also been expatiated.
