摘要
对我国男子篮球职业联赛(CBA)的现状研究发现,目前CBA主要存在产权、管理体制、运行机制、人才培养、赛制等亟待解决的问题。提出了弱化篮管中心的管制职能,建立CBA联盟体制,健全CBA专门的职业体育法规,加强对职业经营人才的培养等发展对策。
The authors studied the current situation of men's professional basketball tournament in China (CBA) and revealed that pending problems currently existed in CBA mainly include property right, management system, operation mechanism, talent cultivation as well as tournament system, and put forward measures for the development of CBA, such as weakening the controlling function of Basketball Administrative Center, establishing tournament system of CBA, perfecting professional sports rules dedicated for CBA, and strengthening the cultivation of professional management talents,etc.
