摘要
介绍了40t燃油铝混合炉炉门提升机构改造前存在的问题及改造过程,并对炉门提升机构液压控制原理、液压站布置、液压缸的改造方法进行了详细说明。
This paper introduces the existing problems and the process of remolding for the elevating organ of 40t-fuel-al mixed furnace door and specifies the remolding methods for the hydraulic pressure principle, the setting of the hydraulic pressure station and the hydraulic pressure vessel of the furnace door elevating organ.
