摘要
论述了高校文化建设在高校管理中的重要意义、地位和作用。高校文化建设实现了师生员工的共同理念,产生了情系校园的凝聚力,推进了高等学校的素质教育,同时也改变了高校领导者的管理方式,形成了人际关系的亲和力。明确了营造有创新活力的校园人文环境,创建和谐校园的自然环境,有利于推动高校各项工作的顺利开展,激发了以人为本的创造力。
<Abstrcat> To discuss the role of college culture construction on the college management. College culture construction can make the staff and the students have the common sense, then form the concentration on campus, and promote quality education. At the same time it can change college leader's management mode and form relationship affinity. It is concluded that creating active college culture environment and harmony campus natural environment can be benefit to smooth all kinds of work at school and stimulate the creation of man.
