摘要
近年来 ,人们对BBC&VOA等国际新闻听力在英语学习中的作用有了新的理解和认识 ,尤其对广播英语听力教学在整个外语教学中的地位和作用更加重视。
Nowadays, people have formed a deeply understanding on the importance of the BBC and VOA—the listening comprehension of international news—in the process of foreign language learning. Moreover, people have attached more and more attention to BBC and VOA news listening in the whole English teaching and learning. So the author of this article combines her learning experience with her many years' teaching experience and then has a full discussion on the main factors affecting BBC&VOA news listening and the strategies on improving news listening.
