摘要
在近四年农民收入增速放缓的背景下 ,本文分析了影响农民收入增加的主要因素 ,并提出应发展农业产业化经营 ,建立农业社会化服务体系 ;要大力发展乡镇企业 ;大力发展小城镇 ;搞好政府的改革制定及管理工作 ,切实减轻农民负担 。
On the back ground of making our peasants' income lower in the pass four years, this article analyzes the main factors of effecting peasants' income-added and pointes out agriculture -industrialization run should be strengthened, the system of agriculture-socialization service should be set up, the government's measures should be done well.
