摘要
文章针对关于男性与女性是否平等享有生育权,未婚女性的生育权问题以及在我国现行法律下生育权的行使条件和行使过程中的有关问题作了具体的阐述。
This article expounds whether male and female enjoy the equal right of bearing, the right of procreating of unmarried women and the condition and problems in carrying out the right of procreating under the present law in our country.
