摘要
文章提出开放教育中指导教师的设置不但必要,而且应当丰富内涵、强化功能。分析了指导教师的导学作用和一个好的指导教师必须具备的条件和能力,认为可以从创造和谐融洽的气氛、熟悉每位学生的特点、科学合理地协调和平衡班级管理等方面发挥指导教师的导学作用。
Besides pointing out the necessity of the assignment of tutors in the open campus, this thesis focuses on the importance of various functions and enhancement of the tutors' functions as well. Also the author analyses the tutor's instructional function and the basic requirements of a qualified, effective and efficient tutor. In order to fulfill a tutor's instructional function, the author presents a conclusion, which is creating an easy-going atmosphere, getting familiar with every student' s characteristic , moderating and adjusting class management.
