摘要 目的:研究不同年龄正常人脑组织各部位的弥散加权成像(DWI)表现特点及其表观弥散系数(ADC)值的相应表现。材料与方法:正常青年人、老年人各5 0例,分别行常规MR检查及弥散加权成像(DWI) ,分析其影像学的表现特点并用软件计算出大脑各叶脑白质、基底节区灰质核团、侧脑室体部脑脊液的ADC值,分别进行统计分析。结果:老年组脑白质、丘脑、豆状核、尾状核头部的平均ADC值分别为0 76 .5×1 .0 -3mm2 /s、0 . 790×1 .0 -3mm2 /s、0 . 76 9×1 .0 -3mm2 /s、0 . 781×1 .0 -3mm2 /s;青年组脑白质、丘脑、豆状核、尾状核头部平均ADC值分别为0 . 74 3×1. 0 -3mm2 /s、0 . 75 9×1 .0 -3mm2 /s、0 . 74 1×1 0 -3mm2 /s、0 . 76 2×1 0 -3mm2 /s,两组的差异具有统计学意义。老年组与青年组侧脑室体部脑脊液的平均ADC值分别为3 . 3 3 8×1 0 -3mm2 /s、3 . 2 3 9×1 0 -3mm2 /s,两者的差异无统计学意义。结论:通过定量测量不同年龄组正常脑内各部位的ADC值,了解不同年龄脑ADC值的变化。 Purpose:To study the characteristics of diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and apparent diffusion coefficint (ADC) in normal human brain in various age groups.Materials and Methods:Fifty younger volunteers and fifty older volunteers with normal MR imaging and diffusion-weighted MR imaging were selected.For each one,ADC were calculated on diffusion-weighted MR imaging and compared between various regions and various age groups.Results:The ADC average values of white matter,thalamus,lentiform nucleus and caudate nucleus in older volunteers were 0.765×10^(-3)mm^2/s?0.790×10^(-3)mm^2/s?0.769×10^(-3)mm^2/s?0.781×10^(-3)mm^2/s respectively.The ADC average values of white matter,thalamus,lentiform nucleus and caudate nucleus in younger volunteers were 0.743×10^(-3)mm^2/s?0.759×10^(-3)mm^2/s?0.741×10^(-3)mm^2/s,0.762×10^(-3)mm^2/s respectively.Differences of the ADC average values were observed between the two groups.The ADC average values of ventricles in older and younger volunteers were 3.338×10^(-3)mm^2/s and 3.239×10^(-3)mm^2/s respectively.No difference of the ADC average values was observed.Conclusion:The normal ADC values in various age groups measured quantitatively provides the changes between the two groups and basic reference for differential diagnosis.
