摘要
本文针对目前我国产学研合作进程中存在的诸多问题与矛盾,站在国家发展的战略层面,从产学研合作体制创新、资源整合、“共赢”机制探索、开放体系构建以及制度环境建设等角度,提出了进一步推动我国产学研密切合作的若干重大思路与对策。
Dealing with various problems and conflicts during the process of industry-academy-research cooperation in China, and standing on the strategic position for national development, the paper presents several important thoughts and strategies on how to further and strongly promote the close cooperation of industry-academy-research in China, from the perspectives of system innovation of industry-academy-research cooperation, resources integration, exploration of ″win-win″ mechanism, construction of an open system, and building of institutional environment.
