摘要
一些发达国家凭借其强大的政治、经济、文化影响力掌握着文化输出的主动权。网络及其他传媒手段更使得经济落后国家以前所未有的速度经受了外来语言文化渗透。现代图书馆是跨文化交流的先进媒介,可以是不同特色的文化在极大超越以往的程度上得以交流,从而使文化传播有了空前的广度与深度。中国图书馆人应该站在21世纪东方文化复兴队伍的前列。我们必须怀着守护中华优秀文化的使命感而建设和发展我们的图书馆。
Relying on their powerful political,economical and cultural influence,some developed countries control the driving power in cultural output.And internet and other media means even make economic underdeveloped countries to undergo,in unprecedented speed,the culture permeation from foreign language culture.Modern libraries are advanced media for cross-cultural communication,which can realize the free exchange between the cultures with different characteristics and make today's culture spread in the world widely and deeply.Library man in China should stand in the front position for oriental culture revivals in the 21st centuries.We must keep in mind the sense of historical mission as the oriental culture guards,to build and develop our libraries.
