摘要
研究了不同集流方式对圆柱形SC 3 0AhMH/Ni动力电池放电性能的影响。设计出一种新型集流体结构,对其放电性能进行了研究,结果表明:采用该集流体的电池在10C放电条件下,其平均放电电压达到1 05V,比能量为53 9Wh/kg,能量密度为550Wh/L,显示了良好的高倍率放电性能。
The effects of different electrodes design on the discharge performance of SC size 3.0 Ah Ni/MH power (battery) were investigated. A new electrode design was made and its discharge performance was tested. The results showed that the (average) discharge voltage was up to 1.05 V, the specific energy was 53.9 Wh/kg,the energy density was 550 Wh/L under 10 C discharge rate.The new electrode design had obviously improved high-rate discharge performance.
