摘要
企业经营环境的变化赋予了人力资源管理以新的内涵,企业必须根据自身实际,树立战略性人力资源管理理念,在明确人力资源管理开发重点的基础上,通过正确评价员工、妥善处理“公开、公平、公正”与“民主管理”、制度管理与人本管理之间的关系以及一系列的观念创新,促进企业的人力资源管理工作走上一个新的台阶,为企业核心竞争能力的塑造奠定坚实的基础。
The changes of enterprise management environment endow human resources with new meaning. The enterprises must build up the idea of human resources based on stratagem. defiue the emphasis of human resources management, appraise employee correctly, deal with relationship between“open, justice, equity”and “democracy management”appropriately. On this basis, promote the job of human resources management to a new stage and figure the core competition ability of enterprises.
