摘要
应用重组痘苗病毒表达的乙肝疫苗共免疫2150人。10μg和5μg组免后24个月，抗体阳转率分别为98.36％和96．33％，二组无明显差异；抗体水平分别为176．70mIU／ml和132．00mIU／ml，两组间有明显差异。2．5μg组抗体阳转率为76．47％，抗体水平为88.98mIU／ml，均明显低于上述两组。与相同剂量的血源疫苗组比较，各组间无统计学差异。
2150 cases were immunized with recombinant vacciae virus expressed hepatitis B vaccine. 24 months later, the antibody conversion rates of the cases received 10 and 5μg of HB vaccine were 98. 36% and 96. 33%, respectively. No significant difference was found between the 2 groups. However, the antibody level of the 2 groups were 176.70 and 132.00mIU/ml respectively, thus showed significant difference. Both the antibiody conversion rate (76. 47%) and level (88. mIU/ml) of the cases received 2. 5μg were significantly lower than those of the 2 groups. No significant difference was found between the immune efficacy of the groups received recombinant HB vaccine and those received same dosage of plasma-derived HB vaccine.
