摘要
在获得高比活人绒毛膜促性腺素纯品的基础上,建立了检测人绒毛膜促性腺素的放射受体测定法。利用CNBr和TPCK—胰蛋白酶分别切割人绒毛膜促性腺素,用高压液相层析分离各种片段并检测其受体结合能力,发现特殊的绒毛膜促性腺素片段仍保留部分与受体结合的能力。这为研制封闭受体避孕药奠定了基础。
The radioreceptor assay (RRA) of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) was established with purified HCG which showed high specific activity. The receptor combining abilities of the fragments obtained by cutting HCG with CNBr and TPCK-trypsin respectively and seperated by high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) were detected, and the result showed that some HCG fragments remained partial receptor combining ability. The study laid the groundwork for preparation of blocking receptor contraceptives.
